1. Introduction

Welcome to Applied Systems Solutions Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Applied Systems Solutions Ltd provides custom software development, mobile application development, web development, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation consulting.

All services are subject to a separate, mutually agreed-upon Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights for the software, designs, and materials created by us remain the property of Applied Systems Solutions Ltd until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the custom software will be transferred to the client as outlined in the specific Service Agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide clear requirements, necessary access, timely feedback, and materials required for the successful completion of the project. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions and additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes trade secrets, business plans, and technical data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Applied Systems Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
